Candidate Levels of Entry

A generic example of the levels that we recruit at within a Strategy House are as follows:

• Entry-level Undergraduate (normally with leading Strategy House, Industry, Banking Intern experience).
• Pre-MBA level Consultant (with business analysis experience)
• Post MBA level Consultant / Senior Consultant
• Manager / Senior Manager (internal staff and external client management experience)

• Partner

It should be noted that whilst carrying out similar job functions, each organisation has differing employee job titles to that of its competitors. We add additional value by leveraging our knowledge of competitors to ensure that, where appropriate, clients are provided with a 'lateral hire' candidate with the correct experience, as well as personal profile, for the vacancy that they wish to fill.
