Each of our Executive Search consultants possesses a minimum 10 years of experience gained within the strategic resourcing marketplace coupled with extensive prior experience as a Management Consultant. Our candidate appraisal process is supplemented by a Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) approach to screening and meticulously detailed verbal and written candidate appraisals. At the end of each and every search we conduct a review of the end to end process in order to continually evolve and improve upon our client service model. Our highly professional service allows clients 24/7/365 access to their Tier One consultant.
In addition to our traditional Executive Search service, where appropriate, we are able to offer Advertised selection and Contingency service offerings for clients.
