While we are an Executive Search firm and therefore commonly retained by clients, we also recognize that the distinction between types of recruitment firms has blurred over the years. In order to offer clients a greater degree of flexibility, where appropriate, we can complement or replace or our core Executive Search model with an Advertised or Contingency service offering. The instances where this may be deemed appropriate will be influenced by the seniority of individual being sought.
